Crazy looking synth. I want one.

I just had one of the best weekends for a long time. The perfect mixture of relaxation, party time, hanging out with friends and family and doing stuff just for me. Only one thing was missing, Max, my nine year old son.
But we will make up for that over the next few weeks. He is due here in the next hour and over the next few weeks will live with me for around 18 days. I know it sounds a bit crazy saying “18 days”. Maybe it is, but it’s a big milestone for me and Max and I guess I wanted to record that it’s a milestone somewhere.
I love being a dad, in fact it’s the thing I love the most about my life. Max gives me a big kick up the arse when it comes to looking at things differently, he is a complete inspiration. He reminds me to not take life too seriously and I love him for that.

My iPhone is now a Roland TR808 drum machine - this is amazing. Excuse the half arsed attempt at creating a beat, I just wanted to mention it here as it’s so cool and exciting.

My brother Simon has written about a piece written in Wired Magazine all about War Games. This film probably went a long way to getting me into technology and computers and the Emulator sampler.

I am Curtis James. This stuff is very interesting to me, and probably not the kinda cool you're looking for. If for some strange reason you do want to get in touch, click here.
