For Max
It’s Max’s 13th birthday today, and despite the fact that we don’t see much of each other at the moment, I wanted to celebrate the good things about being a dad and about Max.
He is a wonderful, playful and compassionate young boy. I always remember his teachers telling me he would be the first to comfort someone when they were sad, or to help in an argument.
